how easy is it to get from schipol airport to the event ,by train bus taxi, but preferably not walking

You can travel from Schiphol to Anna Paulowna (don't worry, it's not in Russia

) by train.
Someone should be able to pick you up there, just give us a shout.

He's going to tension the halyard from head to foot and put a bend in the spinny pole to use it as a bow... musical instruments go hand baggage.

Took all day, but sussed it out. Chris is hiring a hercules plane, but have not seen a ball hitch on the back of an express train yet! :>)
